GBNot happy First off I was a happy power wizard customer at one time. Now I’m not sense you’re company decided to move to Reliant energy , I received a email showing me my usage on a graph. And it is totally incorrect, it’s showing that I’ve been using power at 12 in the afternoon and I’m at work from 7am-4:30pm. I’m very adamant about turning off any lights that I might use before leaving. This is very unacceptable!

GBWe have been incredibly happy with… We have been incredibly happy with service Power Wizard has provided. Prior to Power Wizard, we sometimes had electric bills over $2000.00, during the summer. We have never exceeded $600 dollars in the time I've used PW to broker the best service for us.

GBExcited to get started! Just spoke with a rep who was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to pay my monthly fee up front & continue paperless monthly billing as well! I have never tried this kind of service before, however I am excited to since the rates elsewhere are much higher than what I was quoted.

GBGreat savings with Power Wizard Great savings with Power Wizard. I’ve only experienced one minor issue with an auto bill pay, which was resolved completely in a timely manner. I would recommend them giving them a try.
