Perfect Work Ethos Neil whom I dealt with was very knowledgeable and despite his exceptional circumstances called me even when at home to continue his dedication to his role within his job. He has explained the family run ethos they have within there workplace. All I can say is if this is what's happening and its filtering from the top.
