Modern Electric uses AI in different parts of their business, like support, and humans for super specific questions.

USOnline was easy low-pressure I opted for a video call on Zoom because I’m busy with work, and to be honest I didn’t want to feel any pressure with someone in my house. This was really convenient for my wife and I, the call takes about an hour, and I don’t think it could be shorter because they ask a lot of questions. This annoyed me at first, but by the end I was glad they got all the context I needed for a custom solution.
