While the concept is great, the challenges of reducing electricity usage over time and the heavy emphasis on referral incentives left me feeling frustrated. The platform has potential, but it may not be suitable for everyone.

The customer service representative assured me they would do all they needed to see i got the help the program offered. With the Rate being the lowest I come across. i no longer fear the ever-increasing bill I received from my last provider. Thank Team

Great customer service They give you tips on how to save money on your electric bill. They have a rewards program when you cut down on usage. They inform you when your bill has been paid. I'm a new customer so haven't had a lot of experience with them except what I already stated. I'm pleased with them overall and look forward to doing business with them.

Developing good habits It helps me to develop actionable habits. Before, I would do things that I thought would reduce my electricity usage, but wasn't sure how much impact my efforts were. With OhmConnect, it is super clear how much energy I am saving.
