We turned off several lights during the last Ohmhour (which are far and few between nowadays) and only received about 200 points. Given that we'd need at least 8,000 for a $10 gift card that's not very motivating.

Did take some time to connect my account with SDGE, but did appear to be SDGE account problems that rather OHM Connect. OHM Connect did provide me with a promotional item for a Google Nest device despite delays with my account registration. Overall, very nice people and they will work with you no matter how long it takes.
