She was flexible. She also stayed to provide service for a secondary problem, also promptly providing a range of service problems together with firm estimates. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone else, and will be requesting her by name for any future services. Five Stars!

Do not use. Very impressive and nice rep came to house to do estimate. When estimate came everything grossly marked up so job price to install water heater with minor accessories amounted to $1480 above the price of the water heater. They contract with Lowe’s and are taking advantage of people.

Nightmare! Technician tried to sell us a maintenance plan...seemed more interest in that than the actual job...He then says it will be 2200! What?!!! Then he rips up our lawn looking for the septic tank lid...we told him three times he was in the wrong area...we ended up with a 5 foot by 2 foot trough & he still didn't find it! We politely told him to leave our property & he said "Give me a couple more hours I'll find the lid"...Seriously? We would like restitution for the damage to our lawn. The last company that did it made a square lifted it up did the septic & replaced the lawn square no problem...Our experience was a nightmare!
