Chase & Dakota came out and after a initial consultation with the owner lives in Tennessee and rents the house the entire shared driveway that affects that house and mine had to be totally excavated to get to the root of the problem. It took Chase & Dakota 2 full days and part of both nights to dig deep enough to find the blockage and remove it. They were always polite and apologized for having torn up the shared driveway resulting in neither me or my neighbor able to park in our driveway. They stayed with it despite quite a few setbacks. They professionalism and the warmth they showed throughout this horrific ordeal makes me proud to have met what I call “ individuals who are committed to getting the job done. They both are the cream of the crop for this Peoria Mr. Rooter.

COMMON SENSE..... I let the gentleman know before he left because he tried to have me sign the waiver to pay. I said absolutely not and they still tried to get payment from my card..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The immense lack of professionalism, communication and care is unbelievable from a company. We had major plumbing issues that required a lot. I thought the initial call was perfectly fine only to go south. My water heater had to be moved in order to complete the job, they refuse to move it back unless I pay for a new water heater, which I do not need. Failed to protect my own personal property, there was mud all over my personal items. Mud all over my floor, tracked through my house and refused to clean or take any care. I cannot understand how they continue to have customers as the owner was extremely rude and unwilling to handle a customer complaint, only defend the poor work.
