GBSO FAR SO GOOD BUT WILL SEE HOW MONDAY GOES A gentleman by the name of Jeremiah came to clear the main line but could not. e knew what he was doing. He stood by his word and was very easy to work with by answering questions. If he did not know something, he answered truthfully. I was told someone would be by Monday with a camera so I will do an updated review thereafter.

CAHire This Woman Ms Keltie Harper arrived early. She was very pleasant and professional, promptly providing a variety of service option for our primary problem with a range of firm estimates. She was flexible. She also stayed to provide service for a secondary problem, also promptly providing a range of service problems together with firm estimates. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone else, and will be requesting her by name for any future services. Five Stars!

ARPrice Gouging Terrible service. Unorganized and charges exorbitant costs without any clear explanation of cost basis. A one hour job with minimal expertise required they will gouge you during emergency stressful situations for more than $1000 per hour for a simple job. Zero explanation of why the cost is so high and whether justified. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. They refuse to negotiate because they know they have the leverage when your pipes are broken.

GBBryan Ellerbroek was our plumber in… Bryan Ellerbroek was our plumber in Sioux Falls. He was very professional and competent. He opened up our kitchen drain which was plugged and noticed that our older home still had galvanized pipe and recommended that we convert it to PVC for much better drainage, We agreed and he came back soon to accomplish this difficult task in a speedy manner. Bryan also went above-and-beyond and fixed our washing machine hose to drain directly into the sewer instead of going through a side tub first. Yaaaay, Bryan.
