Nightmare! Technician tried to sell us a maintenance plan...seemed more interest in that than the actual job...He then says it will be 2200! What?!!! Then he rips up our lawn looking for the septic tank lid...we told him three times he was in the wrong area...we ended up with a 5 foot by 2 foot trough & he still didn't find it! We politely told him to leave our property & he said "Give me a couple more hours I'll find the lid"...Seriously? We would like restitution for the damage to our lawn. The last company that did it made a square lifted it up did the septic & replaced the lawn square no problem...Our experience was a nightmare!

Outrageously expensive in my opinion Technician was polite. Service was outrageously expensive. Toilet replacement not the quality of one taken out and too low for a senior citizen. $1400. To take a small amount of hair from drain, purchase and install new toilet, and camera the sewer line as far as he could reach but not completely because he couldn’t find the way in to the rest of the line.

bad experience We had a drain cleaning coupon for $99.00, but the plumber said that did not apply. A sense of misrepresentation. This was an exorbitant charge for the work performed.

Lies about services provided and charges astronomical rates for only small amounts of non-technical work! I'd give zero stars if I could. This company preys on people's sense of urgency. My husband and I flip homes, but did not have time to deal with a clog in our tenants kitchen sink line, so we called Mr. Rooter to deal with it. A van arrived with “D. Rhodes” logo on it (they must just sub out the jobs). The technician charged us an exorbitant amount of money (just shy of $1000) for less than one-hour worth of non-technical work (to snake the sink and replace its PVC P trap, which I believe he destroyed during the process) with minimal expertise for a simple job. I gave him my American Express card and he forced me to sign his tablet saying it was confirmation that they came out. About a week later we received an email with the bill of which the explanation of service was much exaggerated with several false statements. We contacted the Mr. Rooter office manager “Jennifer” to explain the situation and asked for the bill to be significantly reduced because of such. She said that she would have to speak with her upper management to get approval of such discount and that the technician would give us a call to discuss the fallacies on the bill of service, but both never got back to us after a plethora of calls back to her about the issue. We ended up disputing part of the charge with our American Express Corporate Account who told us that they credited us $100 but would not give us anything additional back because I signed the technician’s tablet, which was apparently agreeing to the exorbitant cost for the repair. Both this company and American Express dropped the ball on this one! Needless to say we will never use this company again and we canceled our American Express accounts as they do not back cardholders as they state they do. Avoid this company and American Express at all costs unless you want to be ripped off.

Bryan Ellerbroek was our plumber in… Bryan Ellerbroek was our plumber in Sioux Falls. He was very professional and competent. He opened up our kitchen drain which was plugged and noticed that our older home still had galvanized pipe and recommended that we convert it to PVC for much better drainage, We agreed and he came back soon to accomplish this difficult task in a speedy manner. Bryan also went above-and-beyond and fixed our washing machine hose to drain directly into the sewer instead of going through a side tub first. Yaaaay, Bryan.
