Price Gouging Terrible service. Unorganized and charges exorbitant costs without any clear explanation of cost basis. A one hour job with minimal expertise required they will gouge you during emergency stressful situations for more than $1000 per hour for a simple job. Zero explanation of why the cost is so high and whether justified. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. They refuse to negotiate because they know they have the leverage when your pipes are broken.

Do not use. Very impressive and nice rep came to house to do estimate. When estimate came everything grossly marked up so job price to install water heater with minor accessories amounted to $1480 above the price of the water heater. They contract with Lowe’s and are taking advantage of people.

Outrageously expensive in my opinion Technician was polite. Service was outrageously expensive. Toilet replacement not the quality of one taken out and too low for a senior citizen. $1400. To take a small amount of hair from drain, purchase and install new toilet, and camera the sewer line as far as he could reach but not completely because he couldn’t find the way in to the rest of the line.
