He opened up our kitchen drain which was plugged and noticed that our older home still had galvanized pipe and recommended that we convert it to PVC for much better drainage, We agreed and he came back soon to accomplish this difficult task in a speedy manner. Bryan also went above-and-beyond and fixed our washing machine hose to drain directly into the sewer instead of going through a side tub first. Yaaaay, Bryan.

Ultimately the trunk of the trees entered the drain pipe clogging up their house resulting in no water able to come through the clogged lines. Chase & Dakota came out and after a initial consultation with the owner lives in Tennessee and rents the house the entire shared driveway that affects that house and mine had to be totally excavated to get to the root of the problem. It took Chase & Dakota 2 full days and part of both nights to dig deep enough to find the blockage and remove it. They were always polite and apologized for having torn up the shared driveway resulting in neither me or my neighbor able to park in our driveway. They stayed with it despite quite a few setbacks.
