My water heater had to be moved in order to complete the job, they refuse to move it back unless I pay for a new water heater, which I do not need. Failed to protect my own personal property, there was mud all over my personal items. Mud all over my floor, tracked through my house and refused to clean or take any care. I cannot understand how they continue to have customers as the owner was extremely rude and unwilling to handle a customer complaint, only defend the poor work.
