NODisheartened Fjordkraft- 5 years of trust breaking Disheartened with the support. Spent hours and hours on call and in chat waiting and when they come- it’s useless support. This months bill has broken my record in last five years of association with Fjordkraft and the bill is not explained why?its same average consumption, unusually low price in October- but still get three times the amount.

NOAwful Awful. My bill was 3x as much for October. In September I paid 3500, in October it was 11,500. I moved to norgesenergi spotpris immediately and reccomend other to also do so.

NOTerrible service Terrible service. i kept getting stipulated amount for 8 months and at the end i got an invoice for 14800at once. i was not warned about this and when i contacted them they offered to postpone the payment with interest. this was not fair and it gave me the impression that they dont care about their customers. i also tried their mobile services and that was not a good experience either.

INGreat air conditioner I always buy only technics from proved companies. I found this one because i knew that it's based somewhere in Scandinavia, however, the main I wanted to know whether they offer shipping to other countries. They really ship products to other countries and I ordered here an air conditioner. I understood that I had to wait for a particular period of time, nevertheless I had this time and I was ready to wait up to half of a year. Fortunately, it was shipped much faster and recently I already installed this air conditioner. That's so great when you have an opportunity to buy technics from proved companies.
