NOWorst electrical company ever Worst electrical company ever. signed me up randomly to buy power from them and removed me from my old company. Then charged me a high price. Told me that I requested this. Would not accept my dispute for this and forced me to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. They disconnected me from the chat instead of responding to me enquiry. Repeatedly called me a liar. It makes no sense that I join fjordkraft randomly for 2 weeks starting 6 months after moving into my apartment. They wouldn't understand this was clearly a system error because apparently there system never makes errors and im a liar.... Never trust a company that does not allow you to leave a review on their Facebook page.

GBDishonest and devious Fjordkraft weree my supplier at a huse i lived in. When I moved house I made a contract with a new supplier. Without my written or spoken consent and without telling them my new address or the meter number, Fjordkraft wrote to the new supplier and told them I had asked Fjordkraft to be the supplier. I knew nothing about this until the new supplier checked with me about Fjordkraft taking over the supply. I am still waiting for an explanation from Fjordkfraft about why they did this and how they got my details. They have been very very dishonest about this and I would not use them ever again.

NOThe BS King Prices go up with no warning. Change of address forgotten in system, being charged extra for their own mistake in the billing system, and an average of 20min wait on the phone. To fix their billing mistakes, I'm asked to pay the wrong amount and later will have credit. You guys believe in santa claus too? I don't believe in both, the promised kredit and mr Klaus The only thing I think about this energy company is: BURN IT, STAY AWAY
