Customer service Customer service. Received my AvMap Ultra Efis timely. Serial number issue with unit. Left multiple voicemails with AllAvionics. No response. Left multiple emails about this. No response. Zero customer service. I will not do business with them again and based on my experience cannot recommend to others.

I returned an AV 30, lies, could be fraud involved I returned an AV 30. I was told the refund would be credited to my card, a week later, it wasn’t, was told I would get a check, a month later, still wasn’t. Sent me a picture of a check they said would be mailed to me that day, a month later, didn’t receive it. A week later, it was credited to my card. Beware! Very troubling.
