I was sent an email about a shoe sale I was sent an email about a shoe sale, I immediately ordered a pair of 11.5 gold high top shoes at your sale price. 15 minutes later, I received a notification from my bank where the funds had been returned to my account. I received no notification of why the money was returned text email etc. after another 30 minutes, I called Lyft aviation and a young lady told me that the shoe should not have been on the website they were out of this particular brand or size. That’s why the money was refunded. As businesses we have to keep in mind that communication is key!

I needed to return shoes for a larger size and Lift answers the phone, set up an exchange, super easy, quick and efficient. By the way, shoes run actual size, so if you wear a US size 11.5, normal width then buy that same size. I love the heel sliders on the shoes in a tail dragger for quick rudder control movements, and even in other planes. Highly recommended!

I got one of their professional pilot… I got one of their professional pilot shirts a few years ago and really like the comfort and quality. I prefer them over our company issued shirts.

Could benefit from velcro around ear pieces The cloth helmet was fine, but I needed to attach sticky velcro strips around the ear pieces of a Lightspeed Zulu so that it didn't slip out of the helmet. I am flying aerobatics, with frequent upside down and inverted maneuvers. The snap strap mechanism is great.
