I needed to return shoes for a larger size and Lift answers the phone, set up an exchange, super easy, quick and efficient. By the way, shoes run actual size, so if you wear a US size 11.5, normal width then buy that same size. I love the heel sliders on the shoes in a tail dragger for quick rudder control movements, and even in other planes. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a pair of the Air… I recently purchased a pair of the Air Boss Ultraknit pilot shoes. They were shipped promptly and packaged double-boxed to avoid damage in transit. I have found them to be thoughtfully designed for pilot use, as advertised, and very comfortable right out of the box.

Returns Remember to look at their return policy....it's cumbersome and the customer has to pay the return shipping costs. Original shipping to the customer is not included either.
