I still don’t have the product and you have already sent the how did we do survey. Might want to figure that out.

I needed to return shoes for a larger size and Lift answers the phone, set up an exchange, super easy, quick and efficient. By the way, shoes run actual size, so if you wear a US size 11.5, normal width then buy that same size. I love the heel sliders on the shoes in a tail dragger for quick rudder control movements, and even in other planes. Highly recommended!
