I still don’t have the product and you have already sent the how did we do survey. Might want to figure that out.

I received an email less than 12 hours after I passed my order to validate my will to pay any duty fee as I'm buying from Canada. I received the order less than a week later with just a few local taxes to pay. The packaging was well protected with much foam and a logo free box to make the shipment less likely to be stolen or damaged. LIFT has addressed this with their super light-weight, yet very safe, helmet. They offer many options, and listened to our needs, helping us select options we originally would not have, if they had not taken the time to explain the pros and cons of the options. My regret is we did not replace our old military helmets sooner.
