I received an email less than 12 hours after I passed my order to validate my will to pay any duty fee as I'm buying from Canada. I received the order less than a week later with just a few local taxes to pay. The packaging was well protected with much foam and a logo free box to make the shipment less likely to be stolen or damaged. Service was excellent and the shoes so far are beautiful and really comfortable. Size fits perfectly. Can't wait to go fly and try out the sliding heel technology.

Took longer than the standard 3… Took longer than the standard 3 business days to ship out that it says on your website. Never got a shipping confirmation just got a notification from ups. I still don’t have the product and you have already sent the how did we do survey. Might want to figure that out.
