Great customer service I have at least six pieces of KINDNESS jewelry. When my latest shipment arrived, the ring I ordered was unfortunately too big. At KINDNESS request, I sent proof by photos in comparison to my other rings and the actual size. KINDNESS quickly confirmed that it was a mistake on their part and would ship a new ring as soon as I sent the other one back. It was a very easy process.
