Blocked Me When I Requested A Refund DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I received 3 pieces of jewelry and they all broke. When I emailed them with photos and to get a refund, they offered to send me 3 MORE pieces. I explained that I’m positive they would break and I’d prefer just a full refund. They never responded to any emails for 3 months. I finally called my bank to get my refund. I’ve written a review on their website that they took down and then they blocked me on instagram.

Great customer service I have at least six pieces of KINDNESS jewelry. When my latest shipment arrived, the ring I ordered was unfortunately too big. At KINDNESS request, I sent proof by photos in comparison to my other rings and the actual size. KINDNESS quickly confirmed that it was a mistake on their part and would ship a new ring as soon as I sent the other one back. It was a very easy process. I received my new ring and am very pleased with it as well as my other pieces. I highly recommend KINDNESS and their customer service.
