Great products and customer service I ordered a ring for a present for my best friend, however it was too big for her, so I needed to return it and order a smaller size. The ring itself was gorgeous... The return and refund process was intuitive and easy... Orders and refund were made in a timely manner as stated on the website... I am very satisfied with the customer service and communication with Gemma!

Kindness official is a scam!! I wanted to support a small designer - so I bought 3 items off the website ‘kindness official’. The shipping was expensive, and one of the items was delivered broken. The 10% discount for 2 or more items was more like 4%. 10€ shipping when it should have 3-4 euro to send to Germany. The customer service was quick to help before I parted with my money. I wrote Gemma an email when I received the goods to tell her one of the ear cuffs was broken. Two emails went unanswered and insta dms ignored. Neg comments on instagram were deleted several times. Also lastly ! The jewellery is a cheap alloy and becomes orange in a matter of a week. It is not Stainless steel! What a complete joke! It’s a complete scam, and I hope she ends up going to jail for stealing and lying. I hope this helps new customers not get scammed! I also think Gemma is writing fake positive reviews! Its jot possible that anyone could be happy with cheap alloy jewellery sold as stainless steel!

FRAUD company, scroll down to read my longer review on diff date! My latest update as of today is that (after trying to change their scam business name to GetNowDesign) they came back as KindnessOfficial because my 1 star review of their “new” business probably scared them as them switching website names after I reported them literally validated my accusations. So, now they’ve been back up into a corner, on here leaving multiple 5 star reviews for themselves again, one in which they literally clicked the space bar 15 times so that they could push the bad reviews to the bottom. I know you guys are reading this now, so sincerely — are y’all okay? Mentally? I promised I’d try to get this company removed because honestly I've got the time, patience and scammers truly deserve it. While I’m waiting for the reports to go through, I’ll at least keep updating reviews here so that they can stop pushing the bad reviews down xoxo This is truly the dumbest level scam, please don’t fall for this they’re using a negative IQ to try and manipulate you.
