Great jewelry, great service Placed an order for 4 pieces of jewelry, received them four days later and they are all great, in look and quality alike. Accidentally I ordered the ring in the wrong size though, so I got in touch with their customer service. They answered just a few hours later on a Sunday and after some back and forth I knew exactly what to do and got send a new ring in the right size just for shipping costs. Very great and helpful service and very customer oriented methods.

Great products and customer service I ordered a ring for a present for my best friend, however it was too big for her, so I needed to return it and order a smaller size. The ring itself was gorgeous... The return and refund process was intuitive and easy... Orders and refund were made in a timely manner as stated on the website... Great customer service I have at least six pieces of KINDNESS jewelry. When my latest shipment arrived, the ring I ordered was unfortunately too big. At KINDNESS request, I sent proof by photos in comparison to my other rings and the actual size. KINDNESS quickly confirmed that it was a mistake on their part and would ship a new ring as soon as I sent the other one back. It was a very easy process. I received my new ring and am very pleased with it as well as my other pieces. I highly recommend KINDNESS and their customer service.
