GBPoor Customer service Day 1: contacted Boatzon about a pontoon, we spoke through the computer, they said they will contact seller (Boathaus). Never heard back from them that day. Day 2: Called Boatzon twice, went to voicemail, I left a message. No reply all day Day 3: Started Boatzon site buying procedure, it held the boat for 30 min, 30 minutes past and nothing happened. Called Boatzon, left message again in customer service. No call back. Day 4: Boatzon contacted me asking if I was still interested in the pontoon, I said yes, they said they will call Boathaus and get purchase started. Boatzon called back five minutes later and told me the pontoon sold that morning. My point: Boatzon customer service lost the pontoon for me with slow and poor customer service. I would not rely on Boatzon

GBAPPLY before disclosing Interest Rates APPLY before disclosing Interest Rates Boatzon, like some other shady internet sites, does not disclose interest rates until you APPLY for a loan. Yup. Thats right. Its like buying a car without knowing what you're going to pay ahead of time. Shocking.
