GBThe lot was understaffed The lot was understaffed, so it took a long time to leave the car and even longer to retrieve the car. And the cars were parked so close at the attendant had to go in and out through the window. Not really how I like my car to be used.

GBExcept for the traffic getting here, great garage Except for the traffic getting here, this garage is ideally located to the theater district. I had to take my 86 year old mom here, and it was easy to walk to the theater. the attendents are quick and their elevator system seems way more advanced than old fashion ramps, and less likely to damage your cars bumpers.
