A garage with gentlemen. I was greeted and directed when I entered the garage, making it easy to know where to stop. The gentleman that was directing me was courteous and patient as I gathered my things. I returned earlier than expected and was greeted and treated with the same courtesy as I had been previously. My car was brought out quickly after my bar code was scanned. The gentlemen that I interacted with were professional, quick (without being pushy), and had a smile. The garage was clean and felt safe.

NO QR code for Checkout This particular location did NOT email a QR code as others do. I was confused what code the pkg attendant was speaking of as I didn't receive an email. Finally after searching for 10 minutes i realized it was a alphanumeric string he was looking for and I finally found that in the reservation info.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Best garage I’ve ever used. Very professional, friendly & super fast check in and check out. I was so nervous how this would go in NYC but it was so easy and painless. Would definitely use this garage again!!

Kindness and a Smile The attendant made sure that we were able to leave the garage easily and quickly in spite of traffic and cars blocking the entrance. He did with kindness and a smile. Much appreciated in rush hour traffic.

Reserved online with credit card and had to pay cash at site I reserved a space online the night before and used my credit card. All appeared to be okay, and I was provided with an electronic copy for presentation at the site. When we got to the site the attendant indicated that the credit card was not working, and our reservation was likely not accepted. We were forced to pay cash on the spot for a space I believed I had already reserved.
