GBThe lot was understaffed The lot was understaffed, so it took a long time to leave the car and even longer to retrieve the car. And the cars were parked so close at the attendant had to go in and out through the window. Not really how I like my car to be used.

GBReserved online with credit card and had to pay cash at site I reserved a space online the night before and used my credit card. All appeared to be okay, and I was provided with an electronic copy for presentation at the site. When we got to the site the attendant indicated that the credit card was not working, and our reservation was likely not accepted. We were forced to pay cash on the spot for a space I believed I had already reserved.

GBGood care received They took very good car of my brand new BMW x3. I am very pleased. The attendants reassured me that everything would be ok and even help me get a yellow taxi 2 blocks away with all my stuff to my hotel. Thank you.
