Great service The garage is located in a very busy area near NY-Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery. Arrived at 6:15 AM and the attendant was courteous and careful. Told him I would need it by 12 noon and when I arrived at about 12:30 PM, it was ready for pick up. What outstanding service! Another example of why I only consider Icon for parking in NYC.

This a super convenient parking garage… This a super convenient parking garage for Time Squares and Broadway shows. It's well run and fairly priced given the location and convenience. We use it regularly when we are coming into the city.

Reserved online with credit card and had to pay cash at site I reserved a space online the night before and used my credit card. All appeared to be okay, and I was provided with an electronic copy for presentation at the site. When we got to the site the attendant indicated that the credit card was not working, and our reservation was likely not accepted. We were forced to pay cash on the spot for a space I believed I had already reserved.
