AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Best garage I’ve ever used. Very professional, friendly & super fast check in and check out. I was so nervous how this would go in NYC but it was so easy and painless. Would definitely use this garage again!!

Attendant was kind & helpful Attendant was kind, and also helpful (gave me clear directions on how to get to Holland Tunnel).

Reserved online with credit card and had to pay cash at site I reserved a space online the night before and used my credit card. All appeared to be okay, and I was provided with an electronic copy for presentation at the site. When we got to the site the attendant indicated that the credit card was not working, and our reservation was likely not accepted. We were forced to pay cash on the spot for a space I believed I had already reserved.

The garage was very close to my… The garage was very close to my destination, reasonably priced and the attendant was very friendly and got us in and out quickly.

NO QR code for Checkout This particular location did NOT email a QR code as others do. I was confused what code the pkg attendant was speaking of as I didn't receive an email. Finally after searching for 10 minutes i realized it was a alphanumeric string he was looking for and I finally found that in the reservation info.
