Great customer service I've been using this garage since it opened, very clean, well lit and the location is great. Most important, the people at the office are wonderful. They always receive you with a smile and are super helpful when you bring any concerns. Particularly James and Sirgut that they even greet me by my name!

Easy to book online, but really pricey + late fee Easy to book online, had no trouble finding it or a spot…only problem is signage was confusing on the way out and then exit traffic and trouble scanning the QR code to leave made us 4 mins late exiting…which cost us $9. Not thrilled about that:/ not to mention online it said a different price according to the chart for Saturday, but then when I booked I was given a price that’s like double what the chart said it would be

I pre brought my parking pass and was… I pre brought my parking pass and was no longer able to attend event and there was nothing to do about parking nore was it able to be changed so I pre paid and never parked

Wonderful experience at lot D3 When we arrived at lot D3, a shuttle bus driver was present waiting for us to board and helping us with our luggage. She also answered all of our several questions (since we had never used this parking before). She was truly working in the spirit of service, which, as a member of the Baha'i Faith, I believe is equivalent to worshiping God.

Easy Peasy Cruising Easy to get to parking lot, pay ahead, shuttles to Black Falcon. Recommend anyone cruising out of Bosto to use...was $175 for the week...fairly reasonable considering
