Confusing instructions for reserved parking I have reserved parking prior to a cruise on October 2. The instructions talked about using a QR code when I parked. I kept trying to print the parking pass and got nothing. i finally called the phone number on the screen and was told that I didn't need a QR code. I driving to Boston from Colorado. I have never used your service before. The instructions were confusing.

dinning arrived in the daytime. They need some kind of deli, restaurant, or any small venue to get a bite to eat. At dinner time we walked around looking for a place to eat and many places were closed. Desk people did not help at all. They offer breakfast which was nice, but to sit and get a cup of coffee, or a drink or even a small bite during the day or evening would have been nice, considering the price you pay for the room. it would have been convenient.

Would give zero stars if I could Would give zero stars if I could. I prepaid for parking & when I arrived there were ZERO spots left. I drove up one side and down the other of all 9 levels, which caused me to be late for my meeting. What is the point of selling prepaid spots if you oversell the garage? I assumed you would account for the prepaid spots in your calculations and perhaps turn away some people. I ended up parking illegally on the roof level in an area with slanted yellow lines i.e. not a legal spot. Your system stinks. Will not use again. Terrible.

Wonderful experience at lot D3 When we arrived at lot D3, a shuttle bus driver was present waiting for us to board and helping us with our luggage. She also answered all of our several questions (since we had never used this parking before). She was truly working in the spirit of service, which, as a member of the Baha'i Faith, I believe is equivalent to worshiping God.
