USGood experience Quick service for pick-up and very pleasant driver!! Waiting at the cruise port was a bit chilly with a strong wind standing out in the open. Lot seemed safe and secure upon our return. Again, the driver was very accomodating!

USExcellent experience This is the first time using South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center Parking and I would definitely use again! Found the lot easily, the shuttle was waiting, and off we went to the cruise ship. Just as easy on the way back. The driver and the parking lot attendant were friendly and helpful.

USParking for a cruise out of Boston Just found out last week that I may need to reserve parking for the cruise out of Boston in October. We are used to driving to Pt. Canaveral Florida and get parking that day. Hope we got the right one, we have never cruised out of Boston so we will see if this is close to the port and I can walk or get shuttled to ship

USConfusing instructions for reserved parking I have reserved parking prior to a cruise on October 2. The instructions talked about using a QR code when I parked. I kept trying to print the parking pass and got nothing. i finally called the phone number on the screen and was told that I didn't need a QR code. I driving to Boston from Colorado. I have never used your service before. The instructions were confusing.

USEasy Peasy Cruising Easy to get to parking lot, pay ahead, shuttles to Black Falcon. Recommend anyone cruising out of Bosto to use...was $175 for the week...fairly reasonable considering
