The customer service by Amy was first… The customer service by Amy was first class! After receiving the wrong tires she went out of her way to help me get the right ones. They were sent to me without any additional shipping charge. I also received a pre paid label to return the first set.

The ordering process was great The ordering process was great. We chose the 2 day shipment with it being delivered to our house. The shipping company notifies us we will have e to pick up our tire almost 2 hours away if we want it before a snow storm. My husband picked it up and Pete's tire barn was very nice and efficient In refunding the delivery charge we did not use to get it to our house. Wil definitely use them again. Nice honest company.

Also they were quick to let me know of an unexpected delay on a part and gave me the option to receive everything in stock or wait until everything could be sent all together. I’ve ordered 3 times from them and have had no problems and I have no reservations recommending Pete’s Tire Barn to anyone else.

Don’t waste your time I got a alignment… Don’t waste your time I got a alignment ,they said I was all set,nope had to make another appointment 3weeks later,Jeremy said it would take 10 mins.to fix steering wheel not straight nope again 2hours later. Still not straight,Al I wanted was apology, for coming back twice no told me to never come back,I spend thousands a year here on tires. they have too many customers they don’t care about you.please go somewhere else for tires

Fantastic customer service Chatted with them on restock date on some tire chains and they actually released a set that weren’t picked up at one of their stores. That’s going the extra mile with customer service!
