Rob and John were awesome Rob and John were awesome! I was able to get a great price on tires for my car and was in and out. I highly recommend and they also told me to come back if I get a nail in my tire or if I need anything at all. Both guys were knowledgable and genuine. I will be back for future tires and/or maintenance on the strength of these two guys alone. Thank you very much!

The ordering process was great The ordering process was great. We chose the 2 day shipment with it being delivered to our house. The shipping company notifies us we will have e to pick up our tire almost 2 hours away if we want it before a snow storm. My husband picked it up and Pete's tire barn was very nice and efficient In refunding the delivery charge we did not use to get it to our house. Wil definitely use them again. Nice honest company.

Exceptional service teams The online representative Joe called me when the tires I ordered on 1/4/23 were not right and offered replacement for them and had them at the store location for me the next morning. Thank you Joe. And Thank you to John and staff at the Gardner MA location for the great service there.

Big tractor tires at a very good price. I bought a new pair of Firestone rear tractor tires from Pete's and I'm happy with the tires and the price I paid. Communication was a little sketchy at times; the email that said to use the link below for tracking did not have a link to use, but when I contacted the shipping department, they responded right away with a link. They said they sent a separate email with the tracking information, but it never arrived, probably a problem with my email program. The trucking company I elected to use from their pool was fine; the truck driver was easy to deal with. Overall, I'm happy with my choice to buy from Pete's.

Tractor Tires on Demand I had a very good ordering experience. Online store was easy to navigate, select products and proceed to checkout. Once the order was placed I had four tractor tires delivered within three days. Tires all arrived in good condition and where exactly what I had ordered. Really don't think it could have went any better.
