USGreat information and service. The website was intuitive and the only one which had the proper springs for my truck. All the others, (Amazon and Ebay motors) would only offer a 4 leaf spring. My truck takes 3 leaf. So the search engine was smart. They kept me informed and the product arrived in good shape. UPS didn't make me happy, because of delays, but that's another story.

USWrong shoes Ordered brake shoe kit based off size and pictures on website. Brakes delivered did not match the pictures or my vehicle. Return shipping cost at my expense and same cost of brake shoe set. Stuck with the wrong shoes! Thanks guys; won't get me twice!

USMTS kept in touch by email to let me know when the part would be shipped and when to expect it. MTS emailed within a day of my order being placed to let me know it would be 7-10 days before they could ship my parts. They said they would email when they shipped to me and that no charges would be incurred by me until then. They also said to let them know if I wished to purchase from another seller and they would cancel my order. The part was shipped in 7 days and I had it in 9. Good communication at all points in the process.

USVeryHelpful Michigan Truck Spring was a recommended vendor from Timbren to order a specific overload kit for a lifted truck. It was a special order part kit from timbren but had to go through a vendor. Called up Michigan Truck Spring and they got right on it.
