Excellent Experience! They had a backordered part in stock which was super cool, saving me 3+ weeks of waiting. I accidentally ordered with pickup instead of shipping and they switched it around for me and I had the compressor the next day. Excellent experience! 😎

MTS kept in touch by email to let me know when the part would be shipped and when to expect it. MTS emailed within a day of my order being placed to let me know it would be 7-10 days before they could ship my parts. They said they would email when they shipped to me and that no charges would be incurred by me until then. They also said to let them know if I wished to purchase from another seller and they would cancel my order. The part was shipped in 7 days and I had it in 9. Good communication at all points in the process.

Shipping speed Shipping speed, quality of the product and price were all decent. I would have given it five stars if the center bolt was long enough to attach the spacer block and helper spring that are part of original Ford F250 spring stack or if they included the proper center bolt to use. Also the hole in springs and center bolt that is in it is bigger diameter than original so it will not fit helper and spacer block.
