GBMTS kept in touch by email to let me know when the part would be shipped and when to expect it. MTS emailed within a day of my order being placed to let me know it would be 7-10 days before they could ship my parts. They said they would email when they shipped to me and that no charges would be incurred by me until then. They also said to let them know if I wished to purchase from another seller and they would cancel my order. The part was shipped in 7 days and I had it in 9. Good communication at all points in the process.

GBVeryHelpful Michigan Truck Spring was a recommended vendor from Timbren to order a specific overload kit for a lifted truck. It was a special order part kit from timbren but had to go through a vendor. Called up Michigan Truck Spring and they got right on it.
