USSoCal Imports hold up their end of the bargain!!! Company sent items ordered the next day through qualified free shipping with the U.S. Postal service. SoCal held up their end of the bargain by shipping promptly. Too bad the U.S. postal service is not as reliable, trustworthy, and conscientious as SoCal Imports. Items SAT at the LA post office for four days before finally leaving California. AGAIN; I want to STRESS…..This was not SoCal Imports fault at all! They’re prices are reasonable, products are of good quality, and they actually have customer service with real, live human beings to assist you with your needs as well as their expertise. I offer this advice when using free shipping through U.S. Postal service: FOLLOW tracking on order and contact U.S. Postal service if package is not moving. Take the time to sit on hold for up to thirty minutes if necessary to speak to a real live representative of the U.S. Postal service and don’t take for granted that you’ll get results through the post office’s automated assistance system. The U.S. Postal service is NOT as customer service oriented as SoCal Imports!

USExcellent Customer Service I was looking for an item that was listed as out of stock online. I called customer service to check when it would be restocked. The gentleman that answered the phone physically went and checked the stock of the items I was inquiring about. He found the items, made the changes to the inventory in his system, and had me refresh my browser to show them as available. I was able to order the kit in less than 5 minutes. It showed up 4 days later. Awesome service! Thank you!
