Good sturdy shelves Good sturdy shelves. Installation instructions could be clearer. More like a universal fit product than vehicle specific. Alot of modifying the install instructions to get them in. I installed myself, it would be easier with 2 people. It took me approx. 4 hours to install 2 sets of shelves.

I have installed kargo master ladder… I have installed kargo master ladder racks before but not on a Chevrolet van. The instructions are not very clear especially since the instructions contradict themselves between the rack, second drop down and mount. I eventually got it installed and I'm very happy with the finished product. I think they have improved over the last ones I installed.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service The office contacted me immediately after I placed my order to let me know the shipping was actually delayed and they understood if i needed to cancel the order. the timeframe wasn't a big deal for me, and they kept me updated. then they reached back out to me to confirm shipping and lift the signature requirement. great communication and follow up with this company, i strongly recommend using them.
