Ford Transit Connect Roof Rack and Shelving I had ordered a roof rack and shelving unit for a 2017 Ford Transit Connect and was having issues entering my shipping info because it was coming to my house and needed a lift gate. I left everything in my cart and decided to try again in the morning. The next morning I got an email from Barbara about my cart and she asked if she could help. She called me directly and helped me through the entire order and answered all my questions regarding shipping and the products themselves. She was very helpful, and the products themselves got here within 2-3 days. Install of the items was also seamless with instructions and all the proper tools needed.
