Good sturdy shelves Good sturdy shelves. Installation instructions could be clearer. More like a universal fit product than vehicle specific. Alot of modifying the install instructions to get them in. I installed myself, it would be easier with 2 people. It took me approx. 4 hours to install 2 sets of shelves.

Shipping was fast Shipping was fast. Wrong model number sent, but they responded very quickly to correct the problem. I was able to return item at their expense, and the correct one arrived in perfect condition. Yahel Tinoco did an exemplary job in taking care of making things right. your better off not reading the… your better off not reading the directions and just use common sense. They sent me 3 separate packages with different hardware in each and different directions in each. The one package had L brackets in it with instructions for install but didn't explain what they were for listed for my van make/model. It turned out they weren't even needed for my set up. They also gave incorrect instructions on what screws to use.
