I have installed kargo master ladder… I have installed kargo master ladder racks before but not on a Chevrolet van. The instructions are not very clear especially since the instructions contradict themselves between the rack, second drop down and mount. I eventually got it installed and I'm very happy with the finished product. I think they have improved over the last ones I installed.

Barbara Madrid handled my return… Barbara Madrid handled my return request in a timely manner. They care about their customers. I hope to have more opportunities to buy from them in the future.

Ordered the Ranger 96” shelving and the 48” shelving along with the Holman bulkhead with swing walk through door, Holman rear window guards, and Holman ladder rack single drop down for my 2021 ford transit mid roof. What a great experience from ordering online to speedy shipping. The Ranger shelving is definitely top notch and went together with ease. The ladder rack is quality it is made with the technician in mind, job well done on this design!!
