Installation was sloppy with very… Installation was sloppy with very little attention to detail Metal shavings from drilling left behind in engine bay driver side firewall / grease on driver side door arm rest / panel screw stripped that had never been removed and left on driver side floor mat. Installer stated it was like that. Instrument cluster light was out after installation, called customer service and explained the situation and the male representative was very rude and unfriendly. No solution or help from Ravelco was reached or offered.

Good product bad install The install seemed to go ok. I love the product. When the installer arrived he notified me that he would be charging additional amount due to my truck being “lifted” its a stock trail boss on 35” tires. After he told me he would get it waved he began the install. After the install he once again tried to charge me an additional amount for my truck being “lifted” I told him I wouldn't be paying a dime more because thats not what was agreed upon. Also I asked him to show me where he drilled through the firewall and if he sealed the hole, of course he did not and had to do a quick silicone job. There was no grommet used passing through the firewall so hopefully the wires don't rub and short out.

Peace of mind! Our 2019 Hyundai Sonata fell victim to the social media challenge and a poor anti-theft design by Hyundai. We got the car back and after repairs, my wife was worried about it happening again. Walking out to where you parked your car to find it gone can be traumatic. After research, I came across this product. To me, it's the only one that makes sense. If they can't start the car, they can't steal it short of using a tow truck. The install was scheduled within a few days of placing the order. The installer came to my house and installed it in the driveway. The job was neatly done and the product works perfectly. Peace of mind!

Great install experience!!!! Great install experience!!!! I was in a hurry to install on a pristine vintage Astro van before a long trip to the Midwest from Arizona. The installer went out of his way to meet me in Scottsdale (I live in Tucson) to install before my trip which was awesome! I already had a Ravelco on my pickup and really liked the security feeling, which is why I picked it again. On newer vehicles, the installation with computer based electronics blocks cranking completely. On the older van from pre- computer ECM era, the starter still cranks but the power feed to the distributor is blocked so it cranks but will not start.

THE PRODUCT WORKS!! FIRST HAND ACCOUNT I had the Ravelco kill switch installed in my 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat. This past week, my wife and I went on vacation and parked the SUV in the airport parking lot. We returned to find the rear passenger trunk window shattered and both the right and left dashboard under-panels busted open. So ecstatic to say the Adam Henry's couldn't steal my SUV only because of the Ravelco kill switch. Such a relief and so thankful I made the investment in this company.
