My acknowledgment went to an invalid email address stating that I needed to confirm the difference in my shipping and billing addresses, because I never received a response I called the following week. Ryan found the issue immediately and once he learned I was distraught because this was a birthday present going to a well deserving son, he made the corrections and got my order processed quickly with an additional discount that I was unaware of being eligible for and free shipping!!
