My acknowledgment went to an invalid email address stating that I needed to confirm the difference in my shipping and billing addresses, because I never received a response I called the following week. Ryan found the issue immediately and once he learned I was distraught because this was a birthday present going to a well deserving son, he made the corrections and got my order processed quickly with an additional discount that I was unaware of being eligible for and free shipping!! Great customer service, great product! I never heard of ARM Motorsports until just recently. I took a leap of faith and purchased a GTI downpipe to try out on my Tiggy. I contacted the team at ARM and received an email from Ryan, he was very helpful with his knowledge and interest in my project. So I got the downpipe, very quickly, I might add and installed it. Not a single issue with the product and basically bolted it in with the only issues being my midpipe which I had to modify. Now the car sounds great and I can even feel a slight difference between the old brandname downpipe, which didn't fit well at all. Now I'm getting ready to purchase their FMIC and charge pipes as well as their billet oilpan. I'm looking forward to a long prosperous partnership with ARM.

Got my pipe and converter quickly Got my pipe and converter quickly, which was great, ty. However after installation have been getting all kinds of engine codes thrown up now. Have to take it in and probably get a stage 2 tune which may or may not solve my problem, I checked with some other people who I know purchased different brands with cats as well and they've never had an issue with codes or needed a tune...maybe with a catless one but not catted.
