The companies they use to pick up your… The companies they use to pick up your car are very unprofessional. 2 1/2 hours late passed the pick up window and dispatch was supposed to call me back to let me know when the driver would arrive. Instead I call back an hour later only to have dispatch tell me I need to call the driver. Once he arrived he tried to give me a lower offer and then was offended I didn’t accept. Proceeded with an attitude after that.
