Great experience from beginning to the… Great experience from beginning to the end!! The representatives were very helpful!! They walked me through the process and made it easy to sell my car. They also picked up the car within the next business day!! Very professional and helpful, I would recommend this company!!

3rd party towing... Wheelzy was amenable and very communicative through the whole process. Quick and efficient. The only hiccup along the way was the time window for our car to be picked up. Though selecting an 8am-12pm window, our car wasn't picked up until 4pm. I can't place "blame" on anyone as Wheelzy uses third party towers and doesn't control scheduling and the towing service happened to be slammed that day. They were kind and apologetic, but all that to say...I feel the pick up window is arbitrary OR the process could be refined more.

The weelzy team gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything gone smoothly with my experience with them. I really appreciate them and I did get my offer. I had made a deal for more money with… I had made a deal for more money with another company. However, your guy came back with a higher offer, right when the other guy did not show at the appointed time. So, I told your guy, if your pick up guy can be here in 30 minutes, then you got a deal. He did, I called the other company back, and let know I made another deal.

I had a kia with high miles and a few… I had a kia with high miles and a few issues I needed to get rid of and they were by far the best price and made the whole process so easy. We’re in constant communication the whole time, worked around my schedule and will definitely contact them if I ever have another car that I need taken!
