GBCasey was absolutely wonderful!! Casey was absolutely wonderful!!! She is very kind, helpful, as well as professional. She explained everything very thoroughly!!! It was like she knew the questions I was going to ask & instantly answered them as soon as I could think of them. She was very patient with me as well because I made the phone call not realizing It was more than just making an appointment & it took me a few minutes to get all my information together & not a single time was she rude or made me feel like I was a being a hassle, which I’m sure I definitely was!! I really appreciate the time she took with me & how polite she was. Give her a raise!!

It’s people and attitudes like hers that keep business moving forward. She should be considered for next level management opportunities as her people skill and ability to make an unpleasant call to install a device become pleasant.
