GBSmart Start Management… Local representatives at the franchise and corporate stores were understanding and courteous. I received the run around from the Smart Start management in trying to replace Low Cost Interlock with Smart Start. It appears the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and alot of erroneous or conflicting information is being given to customers. I pray this doesn't set the tone for our future "relationship".
