They sell a product and they stand with… They sell a product and they stand with it. I wish they sold more things than they do. Would be one stop solves all. I bought a pcm from a company with bad results for myself, before finding Protech Auto Systems. It was a fast and easy process. And there computer worked right out of the box as promised. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the overall experience.

Broken promise The main reason I rate it a 3☆ is because I was assured that the part would be at my door no later than the upcoming Monday 2/12. It didn't arrive until yesterday 2/17. My vehicle has been down for 3 weeks. It's my only form of transportation. I own an Income Tax business, that I meet the clients to prepare their taxes, and it's the middle of tax season. That is huge, not able to have a vehicle during this time. I'm missing out on money. There's no way to know if people are going to wait for me or get antsy about getting their taxes done and go with someone else!

Salesman said it would arrive by… Salesman said it would arrive by Thursday, didn’t arrive till following Monday. After receiving product found out that to get warranty the core return was required!
