GBBroken promise The main reason I rate it a 3☆ is because I was assured that the part would be at my door no later than the upcoming Monday 2/12. It didn't arrive until yesterday 2/17. My vehicle has been down for 3 weeks. It's my only form of transportation. I own an Income Tax business, that I meet the clients to prepare their taxes, and it's the middle of tax season. That is huge, not able to have a vehicle during this time. I'm missing out on money. There's no way to know if people are going to wait for me or get antsy about getting their taxes done and go with someone else!

GBI actually got to talk with a person… I actually got to talk with a person and they took the time to make sure I got what I needed and they shipped it out that day for me best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

GBI just recently installed my new… I just recently installed my new computer for 2006 Chrysler. Everything is working great and I found more problems with the my vehicle that I didn’t know I had from existing print out from before so these guys are really did a great job of getting me a computer that is programmed in my car that works works thank them very much.

GB06 explorer PCM Spoke with Steve about my 06 explorer pcm. Decided was better for me just order pcm already programmed. He told me upfront about getting a locksmith to reset parameter for security. Told me day it would ship and it came two days after. Fixed all my issues but timing chain. Highly recommend!
