I received my license plate frames like… I received my license plate frames like I ordered them. There was a delay in receiving them but that is not the fault of FrameAI….it was Federal Express. Federal Express claimed that they could not get into my gated community but their trucks come into the community all of the time.

Cap color doesn’t match but frames are good I bought the rose gold laser etched license plate frames. They turned out better than I had expected. I think I’ll be ordering again for my dad who thinks they’re pretty awesome. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the screw caps were not the same color. They were kind of a copper color.

Not As Advertized The Good News: The license plate frame itself is of above average quality, nice and sturdy, with more than ample mounting hardware. The Bad News: The engraving is of extremely poor quality. It is so small that one cannot read it from three feet away. I was expecting a size large enough that a person in the car behind you in traffic could read, like the advertising plates from car dealerships. ALSO, the engraving had no color; it was simply etched onto the metal. Again, barely visible. I was expecting black lettering as depicted on the examples shown on the web site.

Love my black chrome frame that arrived… Love my black chrome frame that arrived overnite! Took my car into dealership for servicing and dealership rep asked where I got my frames and told him about you. Only problem was that the front plate on my car uses longer screws than what you sent me and it has a washer permanently on the thread. Wasn't able to put the screw caps/covers on. Guess the only other thing to do is paint the existing screw heads black. Any suggestions?
