I would have given 5-stars, but there was NO communication from FrameAI of any kind. I placed the order, never received an acknowledgement, never received a shipping notice, nothing. I saw the credit card charge hit my bank though....

Satisfied customer I was happy to find the product that would help me with my new vehicle. My main concern was a PLAIN black frame and anti-rattle of the plate. The silicone sleeve and frame work perfectly! Although i looked i couldn't find a 2 hole thin frame and silicone sleeve combo (i know its probably there ..... but i couldn't locate it) - so i ordered them separately.... These were a snap to install but it's important to note that the 'clips' on the bottom of the frame will fit in the drain / weep holes in the silicone for a better fit!

Love my black chrome frame that arrived… Love my black chrome frame that arrived overnite! Took my car into dealership for servicing and dealership rep asked where I got my frames and told him about you. Only problem was that the front plate on my car uses longer screws than what you sent me and it has a washer permanently on the thread. Wasn't able to put the screw caps/covers on. Guess the only other thing to do is paint the existing screw heads black. Any suggestions?

I received my license plate frames like… I received my license plate frames like I ordered them. There was a delay in receiving them but that is not the fault of FrameAI….it was Federal Express. Federal Express claimed that they could not get into my gated community but their trucks come into the community all of the time.

Excellent product Excellent product. Sturdy stainless steel, and it comes with plate attachments screw covers that are metal and threaded, instead of cheap plastic stick on type. My only complaint is that the threaded screw covers are chrome, instead of the white that the frame is painted. I’ll have paint over myself, otherwise a great product.
