Excellent Excellent, timely, courteous service! This was my second experience with Dial 7 & they accommodated me and my 2 small dogs in a nice clean comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend! Going to book my return!

Drivers response to passenger's motion sickness. I became ill during the last 30 minutes of the 90 minute drive. My destination was to a hilly place with curving roads. I experienced motion sickness and told the rider I was going to throw up. He gave me a paper bag to use. Then he gave me some paper towels to clean myself, and also gave me a bottle of water. area. He escorted me in at my destination and told them at the front desk that I was sick and needed assistance. I was touched by his kindness.

Good service overall Good service overall, nice drivers. Only recommendation for an improvement is to provide the option to give tip after the ride, so that it can be actually based on the service received. I did through cash, but would have been nicer to be able to do it through the app / email, similar to the ride share apps.

Redwan was there promptly Redwan was there promptly. JFK was the usual mess, but he negotiated it well and got us out with minimal stress. Helped us nicely with our luggage (we are elderly) at both ends. Also had an umbrella, though the rain stopped!
