The driver was very courteous, but dropped me off at wrong location The driver was very courteous, kind and helpful throughout the trip and arrived on time. My only issue was that i requested for my departing flight terminal B for Alaska at EWR and he dropped me off on the wrong level but assured me it was the correct location. I had to manage moving my 4+ suitcases through the terminal..take an elevator to level 2 instead of level 3 where i was dropped off. Please have your drivers get more familiar with the proper drop off location. I had already signed my receipt with a nice tip....so too late to change it.
