Not Happy at all Not Happy at all. Ordered a pair of very expensive Hepco and Becker side cases almost 2 months ago. Have only received 1 case and never received the other. They won't give a refund because (they claim) it might arrive someday. (!!) So I have 1 case of a pair and am out $400. :( This will be my one and only experience with Chromeburner.

I ordered the wrong size item I ordered the wrong size item. I e-mailed them for some information on shipping and returns. The e-mail was prompt and the resolution was great! I have bought more then a few items from them over the years and all transactions have been great. The right item, and very quick delivery to USA.

Bought a bagster seat feel ripped off Bought a bagster seat cost £290 pounds chromeburner advised that you might be charged tax/duty on their website. If I'd known it would be another £70 pounds on top of the £290 I would never had bought it, feel like I've been ripped off by this company. Will never use this company again.
