I chose Street Smart after searching… I chose Street Smart after searching the web for the best price,warranty and the way they tested their products plus, I listened to YouTube mechanics saying they also used Street Smart.They delivered the trans quicker than advertised and picked up the core with no issues. I used A1 transmissions in Royston,GA to do the installation(great work) and Mitch,chief mechanic,said he was "fully impressed.." and "...that's a nice transmission you got". Also,he asked me again where I got it from as if he MAY use Street Smart in the future ...but,I know I will definitely recommend them.

Great price, great experience and arrived before estimation date!!! The transmission arrived nearly a month before it was estimated to arrive. It arrived in a great shipping container with no issues. Once installed it worked! It is amazing to have a working transmission once again for a great price! The customer service is amazing and friendly! In the future if I need another transmission for another vehicle, I will definitely be ordering it from Street Smart!

Easy. Fast. Reliable. Trustworthy. Most of the process from start to finish was very simple. Perhaps the checkout process could be simplified to rely less on the customer entering the correct amount. Shipping was fast and pickup was very easy to setup. Any transmission replacement i need is going to come from Streetsmart. The warranty added onto the transmissions is exceptional as well.

Place sucks absolute junk products… Place sucks absolute junk products without standing behind their warranty. And just to clarify even if they did grant the warranty they only cover 50.00 an hour labor towards the repair. But don't worry because they're not going to honor it regardless.... I highly recommend shopping elsewhere

Quick response time. Fair pricing. Unmatched warranty. Straight forward and quick pricing. Quick communication. Reasonable shipping. Product was in great condition on arrival. But be aware…..ask them FIRST when other parts are required to purchase or replace in order to honor their warranty. You may find out you’re spending hundreds more to not void the warranty and this information was only in the instruction manual provided when the transmission arrived. Other than that I would use them again.
