Street Smarts were knowledgeable and… Street Smarts were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was told that the transmission would take about 6 weeks before it was delivered and it was 3 weeks or less. They made returning the core a breeze and my car is running great after having the new transmission installed. Also other nationwide companies gave a price of almost double the price of SS and could not guarantee a warranty pass 18000 miles or 18 months whichever came first and SS has met and exceeded the expectation there as well. I am telling anyone that will listen about Street Smart Transmission.

But be aware…..ask them FIRST when other parts are required to purchase or replace in order to honor their warranty. You may find out you’re spending hundreds more to not void the warranty and this information was only in the instruction manual provided when the transmission arrived. Other than that I would use them again.
