Bad customer service, never again !!!! I have an account with Priority tire, ordered tires not available in my area so used Priority. Ordered on a Friday due one tire to replace a blow out. Called twice was told first call not shipped but in PA coming to MD on Monday. Still haven't received shipping tracking so called back today, was lied to tire coming from FL and they can't tell me when I'll receive it. I've learned buy local, I'm at the mercy of Priority now and they cannot be trusted. Terrible customer service, and lack of commitment to customers. !!!!!!!!!!!!

You will not be disappointed. I have yet to deal with a company (on-line) that keeps their customer so well informed, from ordering, to deliver, you know exactly what is going on, at all times. Very impressed with the inventory, i personally needed a construction tire, which they had in stock.

Very good service all around. The prices were very good for what I was looking for because good heavy duty light truck tires are expensive these days & I needed them quickly. They were here in 2 business days, so they were delivered quick, as promised. I will be ordering 2 more as soon as I save up the cash for them. Pretty darn happy customer. Thanks Priority Tire

Shopping and comparison was easy Shopping and comparison was easy. Order processing and shipping time was accurate. Tire install was smooth and so far no complaints in the week that I’ve been driving on them.
