They finally told me to send them pictures, measurements, and a technical print out from Firestone who changed the tires the next day and I am still waiting for the refund 4 months later.

Fastest delivery I've ever had I noticed before I even ordered that their closest warehouse was only 45 minutes from me...figured, if nothing else that the tires would arrive in about a day or 2.
