Good overall experience Overall, my experience with Treads has been good. For someone who drives a lot like I do, it is a very good value as well. My only complaint is that the tracking on the app is pretty bad. It only picks up about 40% of my driving.

I was between three and four stars I was between three and four stars. For the most part , I really like it but I find it very hard to schedule an appointment. And the one time I did need help by dinning get it.

It is perfect for time optimization It is a modern way to attend to the… It is a great way to attend to the basic needs of your vehicle for a good price and the ease of saving you the waiting and travel time when going to a conventional workshop. My first oil change was quick, organized and clean. To tip the guy who does the work you may need an easy to see option (I haven't seen it)

Rideshare & Delivery Driver I am an Lyft driver and the treads app subscription is a no-brainer. I totally love it. All across the board … from customer relations response time to the oil change guy giving me his business card when I asked for it, Treads is top notch 100 all the way through and through. It’s so convenient too! A couple times they have even nudged the schedule to fit me in early! Awesome company. (Suggestion: Please add car wash, brakes, and windshield services when you can!)

Great customer service Great customer service! I love the fact that we recieved quality tires & that we were able to make an appointment for them to come to us for install rather than sitting at a tire shop for hours. When it was time for tire rotation, it was just as easy. Fast, convenient and they come to you! Friendly reminders to check air pressure and if we ever have questions , customer service responds quickly! We’ve had our tires since August 10, 2022. Haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever!
