GBTreads is a great investment. I'm very happy with my Treads subscription so far. The overall price point is very competitive plus included the installation (which was fast, easy, and contactless). I am so grateful that tire maintenance has been taken off my plate. In a society this busy, we could all use a hand and Treads is a no-brainer. I'm actually looking forward to my first tire rotation!

GBNew service Treads made my life so much easier they got my new tires installed fast and easy they came to my house when they where scheduled got it done while i was at work. My wife said that they guy got it done as soon as he got their with the new set of tires he was helpful explaining to her what was going to get done. Overall we where happy with the service thanks treads for this wonderful company.

GBRideshare & Delivery Driver I am an Lyft driver and the treads app subscription is a no-brainer. I totally love it. All across the board … from customer relations response time to the oil change guy giving me his business card when I asked for it, Treads is top notch 100 all the way through and through. It’s so convenient too! A couple times they have even nudged the schedule to fit me in early! Awesome company. (Suggestion: Please add car wash, brakes, and windshield services when you can!)

GBGoto an actual tire shop They advertise they report payments to credit but they do NOT. I contacted them shortly after initial install and explained I suspect an out of balance tire or defective tire, they said to put in rotation request and the technician would rebalance but guess what that didn't happen. I finally had enough and went to a shop and had them checked. 1 had no weight at all, 1 had a weight twice the size as needed and the other two had undersized weights. Of course by this point there are odd wear patterns consistent with being out of balance. When I contacted customer service the only resolution offered was to refund what I paid shop to balance. I asked for a supervisor/manager to contact me last month and have yet to be contacted.

GBI was between three and four stars I was between three and four stars. For the most part , I really like it but I find it very hard to schedule an appointment. And the one time I did need help by dinning get it.
