I love the fact that we recieved quality tires & that we were able to make an appointment for them to come to us for install rather than sitting at a tire shop for hours. When it was time for tire rotation, it was just as easy. Fast, convenient and they come to you! Friendly reminders to check air pressure and if we ever have questions , customer service responds quickly! We’ve had our tires since August 10, 2022. Haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever!

I needed my tires replaced ASAP I needed my tires replaced ASAP, and the guys who helped me made this experience smooth, quick and easy, an opening came up much sooner than anticipated and I’m so happy with the service and speed. I was between three and four stars I was between three and four stars. For the most part , I really like it but I find it very hard to schedule an appointment. And the one time I did need help by dinning get it.

Treads is a great investment. I'm very happy with my Treads subscription so far. The overall price point is very competitive plus included the installation (which was fast, easy, and contactless). I am so grateful that tire maintenance has been taken off my plate. In a society this busy, we could all use a hand and Treads is a no-brainer. I'm actually looking forward to my first tire rotation!

I really like this service, but... I really like this service, very convenient. They offer oil changes now but it's only monday thur friday business hours. I referred someone and i have yet to get my credit of 75 bucks. I reached out to customer service and got no answer. They usually respond pretty fast but lately, they been MIA.
