Not enough money for all 4 tires at once and you get roadside assistance to the flat repair and free replacement it's absolutely amazing I hope this Membership never goes away I hope nobody ever ruins it thank you so very much. Treads is a great investment. I'm very happy with my Treads subscription so far. The overall price point is very competitive plus included the installation (which was fast, easy, and contactless). I am so grateful that tire maintenance has been taken off my plate. In a society this busy, we could all use a hand and Treads is a no-brainer. I'm actually looking forward to my first tire rotation!

Great service and stands behind service … Great service even when something goes wrong. I ordered tires and received a tire rated for less than my heavy duty truck by no mistake of the company. Just a weird happening. I messaged customer care and they resolved the issue in minutes offering a variety of tires as a replacement set that was installed the next day. I was worried about what would happen if something went wrong but they stepped up and handled it with ease. I have absolutely zero regrets about signing up with treads.

I can not get into my Treads account… I just had a payment come out my account but I’m not able to log in at all. Called 1877 number no one answered and says to text the 1877 number. No response no resolution to how I can get into my account while funds are being pulled. Great to help on a budget for tires but horrible with response and no customer service or care for the customer. I’ve had 4 prior visits for leaking tire and still have a leaking tire no care for the customer. Please think twice before using this service.
