I really like this service, but... I really like this service, very convenient. They offer oil changes now but it's only monday thur friday business hours. I referred someone and i have yet to get my credit of 75 bucks. I reached out to customer service and got no answer. They usually respond pretty fast but lately, they been MIA.

Rideshare & Delivery Driver I am an Lyft driver and the treads app subscription is a no-brainer. I totally love it. All across the board … from customer relations response time to the oil change guy giving me his business card when I asked for it, Treads is top notch 100 all the way through and through. It’s so convenient too! A couple times they have even nudged the schedule to fit me in early! Awesome company. (Suggestion: Please add car wash, brakes, and windshield services when you can!)

I can not get into my Treads account… I just had a payment come out my account but I’m not able to log in at all. Called 1877 number no one answered and says to text the 1877 number. No response no resolution to how I can get into my account while funds are being pulled. Great to help on a budget for tires but horrible with response and no customer service or care for the customer. I’ve had 4 prior visits for leaking tire and still have a leaking tire no care for the customer. Please think twice before using this service.

Tread is amazing if it wasn't for them… Tread is amazing if it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't be driving. Not enough money for all 4 tires at once and you get roadside assistance to the flat repair and free replacement it's absolutely amazing I hope this Membership never goes away I hope nobody ever ruins it thank you so very much. I preferred 2 friends and they love it as well
