GBI can not get into my Treads account… I just had a payment come out my account but I’m not able to log in at all. Called 1877 number no one answered and says to text the 1877 number. No response no resolution to how I can get into my account while funds are being pulled. Great to help on a budget for tires but horrible with response and no customer service or care for the customer. I’ve had 4 prior visits for leaking tire and still have a leaking tire no care for the customer. Please think twice before using this service.

GBDon’t think about it; just do it! I went into this deal thinking that it would be a disastrous experience that would ultimately lead to me canceling the subscription but, I was greeted by the technician (who showed up early) with the tires I wanted and he was done in less than an hour! I’ve told everyone I know about Treads and I never give recommendations. Keep it up; this is a great idea and should be used by everyone who drives a car!

GBGreat customer service Great customer service! I love the fact that we recieved quality tires & that we were able to make an appointment for them to come to us for install rather than sitting at a tire shop for hours. When it was time for tire rotation, it was just as easy. Fast, convenient and they come to you! Friendly reminders to check air pressure and if we ever have questions , customer service responds quickly! We’ve had our tires since August 10, 2022. Haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever!

GBGoto an actual tire shop They advertise they report payments to credit but they do NOT. I contacted them shortly after initial install and explained I suspect an out of balance tire or defective tire, they said to put in rotation request and the technician would rebalance but guess what that didn't happen. I finally had enough and went to a shop and had them checked. 1 had no weight at all, 1 had a weight twice the size as needed and the other two had undersized weights. Of course by this point there are odd wear patterns consistent with being out of balance. When I contacted customer service the only resolution offered was to refund what I paid shop to balance. I asked for a supervisor/manager to contact me last month and have yet to be contacted.
