Website need improve, customer service is excellent When I searched the website for the pair of lift support struts for my car it showed one part#, so I ordered two. When I received and installed, I found out both only fit the passenger side, made the call to customer service and after several emails back and forth, I was told the driver side is a different part, so I made another order for the correct one, and I decided to keep an extra for future use instead of return. Wish that your website should show two different parts then we can avoid this trouble, but the customer service was very helpful and offered to refund the shipping cost for my second order and the part arrived quickly. Overall experience I am happy that everything worked out and would like to thank your customer service. Thank you.

The right parts the first time. Very happy with my rotors from eEuroparts. I ordered them from another company and got the wrong set. eEuroparts sent me the right Rotors, and had an excellent article on their website outlining the correct parts per model of my car. In the future, all of my parts will come from eEuroparts.
