Rotor has a chip Sent wrong item/number for the brake pads Found a spark plug I was missing on the ground near fed Ed truck Missing 3 ignition coils and brake pad sensor. Suspension boxes were literally broken in half and thrown in the box, not sure of the status for these parts. $1,200 sale and they put me in “claims”. We will see how long this takes.

Website need improve, customer service is excellent When I searched the website for the pair of lift support struts for my car it showed one part#, so I ordered two. When I received and installed, I found out both only fit the passenger side, made the call to customer service and after several emails back and forth, I was told the driver side is a different part, so I made another order for the correct one, and I decided to keep an extra for future use instead of return. Wish that your website should show two different parts then we can avoid this trouble, but the customer service was very helpful and offered to refund the shipping cost for my second order and the part arrived quickly. Overall experience I am happy that everything worked out and would like to thank your customer service. Thank you.

The coils we were excellent made by Bosch, the original manufacturer. The final cost for 6 coils was $500+ less than what the local BMW dealership was asking. THANKS!!!
