USThe right parts the first time. Very happy with my rotors from eEuroparts. I ordered them from another company and got the wrong set. eEuroparts sent me the right Rotors, and had an excellent article on their website outlining the correct parts per model of my car. In the future, all of my parts will come from eEuroparts.

USThe expansion tank for my SAAB was less… The expansion tank for my SAAB was less costly than the original equipment version and not very well made. It required filing and Dremeling to get it to fit. It took hours and scraped and abraded arms to make it fit. My advice: get the original part. This didn’t really save money when time is factored in. Well, I'm not sure what the response refers to, but the part I ordered was "SAAB Expansion Tank 93197033-Proparts 213470333" though it's true I didn't select my vehicle. Even had I, this would be the proper part and what would have been sent. I'm not blaming eEuroparts.com for this. I blame me for "cheaping out".

USBad first impression Not installed so it seems mostly packing and shipping issues less the chipped rotor, no protective packaging included in the two shipping boxes. Rotor has a chip Sent wrong item/number for the brake pads Found a spark plug I was missing on the ground near fed Ed truck Missing 3 ignition coils and brake pad sensor. Suspension boxes were literally broken in half and thrown in the box, not sure of the status for these parts. $1,200 sale and they put me in “claims”. We will see how long this takes.
