Website need improve, customer service is excellent When I searched the website for the pair of lift support struts for my car it showed one part#, so I ordered two. When I received and installed, I found out both only fit the passenger side, made the call to customer service and after several emails back and forth, I was told the driver side is a different part, so I made another order for the correct one, and I decided to keep an extra for future use instead of return. Wish that your website should show two different parts then we can avoid this trouble, but the customer service was very helpful and offered to refund the shipping cost for my second order and the part arrived quickly. Overall experience I am happy that everything worked out and would like to thank your customer service. Thank you.

The expansion tank for my SAAB was less… The expansion tank for my SAAB was less costly than the original equipment version and not very well made. It required filing and Dremeling to get it to fit. It took hours and scraped and abraded arms to make it fit. My advice: get the original part. This didn’t really save money when time is factored in. Well, I'm not sure what the response refers to, but the part I ordered was "SAAB Expansion Tank 93197033-Proparts 213470333" though it's true I didn't select my vehicle. Even had I, this would be the proper part and what would have been sent. I'm not blaming eEuroparts.com for this. I blame me for "cheaping out".

Saab SAI parts Parts received in a timely fashion, although this is the second SAI pump in 26 months from eEuroparts. I hope it lasts longer than the first one.
