If I could give my representative a raise I would. She deserves to be recognized for her compassion and kindness. If I could give my representative more than 5 stars I would. Tawana was a blessing. So helpful and informative. This is all new to me and Tawana took her time and explained every step to me and my family. She took the time to make sure we understood the how the payment works, found me the best location to have my interlock installed and even is calling me back to stay updated on the case. She is truly one of a kind who truly cares.

If I could give these people zero stars… If I could give these people zero stars I would. The device installed in my car keeps locking me out and is unreliable. The place where I go to get it looked at keeps telling me nothing is wrong with it but charged me twice in one day to look at it. Customer service chats just leave me more confused as to whats going on because they don't know much either. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU WITH THEM AS LONG AS POSSIBLE! MORE LOCKOUTS MEANS MORE MONEY FOR THEM. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN IID COMPANY, THIS ONE WILL DRAIN YOU. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Carmen was exceptional! Carmen was exceptional! She went over and beyond simply coordinating, but authentically seeking to assist me in any way she could. She was thoughtful, non-judgmental, empathetic, funny, and friendly. Most of all, she was able to put my mind at ease. After being made to feel like a "villain" in each stage of a DUI charge (despite my extreme remorse and subsequent life turn-around), Carmen made me feel like someone was in my corner.
